Job summary

Zambrero is seeking a Field Trainer to drive onboarding, upskilling and operational training across our restaurant network. Based at our Sydney Head Office, this role spends significant time on the road and in-store, working with franchise partners, restaurant managers and team members to lift training standards and embed brand systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QSR, hospitality, or retail training/operations role - multi-site experience highly regarded.
• Hands-on operational background; comfortable working the line and leading by example.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to adapt training style to different stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, hands-on training programs on food safety, product knowledge, speed of service and customer experience.
• Support new restaurant openings with pre-launch training and post-launch follow-up visits.
• Conduct in-restaurant audits and health checks, identify gaps and coach teams.
• Partner with Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners to build store-level training capability.
• Roll out new menu items, systems and process changes with clear in-field training.
• Provide real-time coaching on the floor during peak trading periods.
• Design targeted training interventions and maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador by reinforcing Zambrero culture and standards.
• Feed field insights back to Training & Operations to improve content.
