Job summary

LeWrap in Sydney is seeking a Field Trainer to support stores and teams across the network. This hands-on role involves coaching staff in food preparation, service and store procedures, with travel to multiple locations as openings occur.

You'll partner with franchisees and the Area Manager to raise performance, reinforce standards and build capability, delivering a consistently great LeWrap experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new and existing team members in food preparation, customer service and store procedures.
• Support new franchisees and store teams through training programs and openings.
• Visit stores to assess performance, identify gaps and provide hands-on coaching.
• Reinforce food safety, quality, cleanliness and customer experience.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain training resources and tools.
• Collaborate with franchisees, Area Manager and Head Office to ensure consistency.

LeWrap is a fast-growing fresh QSR food brand, and we’re looking for a practical, people-focused Field Trainer to support our stores and teams.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with franchisees and team members to build skills, strengthen store operations and help deliver a fresh, friendly and reliable experience for every customer.

What you’ll do

Train and coach new and existing team members in food preparation, customer service and day to day store procedures.

Support new franchisees and store teams through structured training programs and new store openings.

Visit stores to assess operational performance, identify training gaps and provide hands on coaching.

Reinforce LeWrap's standards in food safety, food quality, cleanliness, presentation and customer experience.

Monitor training progress, provide constructive feedback and follow up to ensure improvements are achieved.

Assist with developing and maintaining training resources, guides and operational tools.

Work closely with franchisees, the Area Manager and Head Office to support ongoing store performance and operational consistency.

What you’ll bring

Experience in a QSR, fast-food, hospitality or food retail environment.

Experience training, coaching or developing team members, with the ability to lead by example.

Confidence training and supporting people with different levels of experience

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

A positive, hands-on attitude and the confidence to work with franchisees, managers and team members at different experience levels.

Flexibility to travel between stores and support new store openings as required.
