Job summary

Syngenta based in Horsham, Victoria is seeking a commercially minded Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Western Districts. In this field-based role, you will partner with retailers, advisers, agronomists and growers to deliver practical crop-protection solutions.

You will combine key-account management, consultative selling, new-product launches and market insight to strengthen Syngenta's position as a trusted partner to Australian agriculture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales success in agriculture or closely related industry.
• Strong agronomy knowledge and crop-protection products.
• Bachelor's degree or at least five years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver proactive territory and key-account business plans.
• Develop joint forecasts, market-share objectives and new-product-penetration targets with customers.
• Grow sales through strong relationships, disciplined territory planning and customer-focused execution.
• Support product launches, local demonstrations and agronomic solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer agency procedures and product and service management.
• Share practical tools, insights and best practice across the broader team.
