Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, provides on-site maintenance and servicing for wagering and gaming equipment across venues. You will play a key role in keeping venues operating at their best and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

We value a genuine interest in electronics, a problem-solving mindset and strong customer service. Training is provided, and flexibility for weekends/evenings is expected; licences and a driver license may be required.

Qualifications

• Interest in electronics and a problem-solving mindset.
• Some prior experience servicing electronic equipment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication.
• Strong integrity, respect, and a proactive can-do attitude.
• Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and a full drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions.
• Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery.

Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team in Sunshine Coast, you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Day to day this means you will:

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
• Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery

With our training program, you'll gain the technical expertise you need - you don't need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role.
