Job summary

DDH1 Drilling is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, coordinating between departments and client representatives to ensure safe, efficient drilling with maximum core recovery.

This field-based FIFO position requires travel to remote project sites, strong safety credentials, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Site accommodation and meals are provided, along with work-related training and travel support.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in multi purpose drilling.
• Cert IV in Drilling Operations.
• Current Heavy Rigid Driver's licence.
• Current National Police clearance.
• Fatigue Management training.
• ICAM or WHS incident investigation training.
• Senior First Aid certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Duty Of Care in all work activities and for personnel under control.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site rules.
• Assist Drillers and Trainees in safe procedures and equipment care.
• Understand drilling program terms and liaise with client for successful completion.
• Apply sound management practices within your competence.
• Provide direction and support for drilling and maintenance.
• Promote the company’s business proactively.
• Maintain high standard of personal presentation and conduct.
