LH Partners is recruiting for an Entry Level Driller's Offsider on a FIFO roster in WA. You’ll support the Driller, handle tools and core samples, and help run site operations in a demanding, safety‑conscious environment. This role starts a drilling career with hands‑on training, rosters, and weekly pay.

You’ll gain certifications and work away from home on 2/1 rosters across remote sites. Ideal candidates are physically fit, resident in Western Australia, hold a valid manual driver’s licence,

Qualifications

• PR and/or citizenship status preferred.
• Reside in Western Australia; Perth as point of hire.
• A valid Manual Drivers' Licence is required.
• Strong work ethic and resilience; 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments (heat/humidity).
• High fitness level and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driller: support drilling operations and equipment maintenance.
• Handle Heavy Equipment: load/unload tools, rods, and core samples.
• Operate Support Equipment and Vehicles: drive and operate site gear.
• Maintain the Site: keep site clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Produce Core Samples: assist in retrieving, labeling, storing samples.
• Work Safely: follow safety protocols to protect the team.
