Job summary

Trinity Grammar School Woollamia Campus is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the Field Studies Centre’s property, facilities operations and maintenance. The role involves hands‑on delivery and supervising contractors to keep buildings, grounds and infrastructure safe, compliant and welcoming for students and staff.

You will report to the Residential Operations Coordinator and drive maintenance planning, risk management and continuous improvement while balancing strategic oversight

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children Check (Employment).
• Hold a current driver's licence.
• Hold or willing to obtain qualifications in First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling.
• Be willing to undergo all required employment screening checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management, maintenance, compliance and continual improvement of the Field Studies Centre.
• Personally undertake routine inspections, preventative maintenance, minor repairs and operational tasks across buildings, grounds and infrastructure.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, tradespeople and service providers to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Manage maintenance schedules, service programs and capital improvement projects.
• Develop and implement safe work procedures, maintenance systems and compliance processes.
• Lead risk management, emergency response and WHS initiatives across the site.
• Manage maintenance budgets, forecasting future requirements and overseeing expenditure.
• Ensure the campus remains attractive, functional, safe and operationally ready to support Outdoor Education and residential programs.
