Job summary

Advanced Navigation is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate our INS, GNSS, and FOG systems at customer sites across land, air, sea and robotics platforms. You will lead deployments, run field trials, and provide ongoing technical credibility during evaluations and deployments.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery, high customer satisfaction, and effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience in a technical domain is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with GNSS, INS and fibre optic gyroscopes is essential.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work hands-on with customers in field environments.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Deployment and Integration: assess requirements and tailor geospatial navigation solutions.
• Product Demonstrations: present capabilities and benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Field Trials/PoC: plan, run tests, collect data and report results.
• Voice of the Customer: feedback to Product/R&D and contribute to docs.
• Collaboration: align with sales, marketing, and customer success for pre-sales activities.
• Develop operational understanding of the company and uphold safety values.
