Job summary

Advanced Navigation seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bring our inertial navigation and GNSS technologies into real-world customer platforms. You will work hands-on with client teams on-site and in labs to deploy INS, GNSS/INS and FOG systems across land, air, sea and robotics applications, ensuring performance under demanding conditions.

You will collaborate with sales, product and R&D to resolve issues, run field trials, and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or technical sales.
Solid knowledge of inertial navigation systems, GNSS, and fiber optic gyroscopes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Customer-focused with a proven track record of delivering service.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work hands-on in field environments.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospects and customers to assess geospatial navigation requirements.
Design and customize geospatial solutions with the sales team.
Embed with customer teams to integrate INS, GNSS/INS, and FOG-based systems.
Plan and run field tests, PoCs, and provide evidence-based results.
Capture customer feedback and contribute to product and R&D knowledge bases.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a positive pre-sales experience.
