Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a Field Services Team Lead in Darwin, Australia. You will be responsible for leading a technical team, coordinating maintenance tasks on communication systems, and translating complex information into clear documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Electrotechnology and have experience with HF, VHF, and SATCOM systems. We offer flexible hours, competitive compensation, and a culture that values collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience with HF, VHF, UHF Radio Systems, SATCOM Systems, and IT Infrastructure.
• Previous experience within Defence is highly desirable.
• Experience working onboard Maritime Platforms is a plus.

• Define and coordinate maintenance tasks for the Communications System.
• Translate complex technical information into clear documentation.
