Job description

Radlink Communications is Australia's leading communications technology integrator. We specialise in designing and delivering practical, secure, cost-effective connectivity solutions to meet our clients' needs. Formed in Western Australia in 2007, and fully acquired by Epiroc in 2025, our growth and international reach have expanded demand for our connectivity expertise.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Electronics Technicians and a Electronics Technician Leading Hand to join our Queensland Technical Support Team.

This is primarily a workshop-based technical support role, where you'll be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer support requests through our service ticketing system. Working across a broad range of communications and technology systems, you'll investigate faults, provide technical advice, perform repairs, and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.

While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely or from our workshop, there will be occasions where travel to customer sites is required to diagnose complex faults, perform maintenance, or support critical system issues. We also have a shared rotating on call roster that this position will participate in.

This role is well suited to a technician who enjoys problem-solving, can work independently, and has the confidence to act as a technical resource for both customers and less experienced team members.

These positions are full time permanent based in our Brisbane Virginia office.
