Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a field-oriented project professional to support the field service team in addressing product issues and managing major upgrades end-to-end. You will help extract improvement ideas from problems to boost competitiveness and prepare SOPs for site commissioning.

You will also conduct after-sales AC capability training, handle supplier communications, collect data, and deliver outputs related to AC capacity building while leading the development of after-sales

Qualifications

Electrician experience with a high voltage certification.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management or related roles in renewable energy or BESS.
Experience with PCS or DC systems is preferred.
Strong learning ability and execution skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Quick to respond and adaptable, with a willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Strong execution and initiative, with the ability to endure challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Support the field service team by addressing product issues and managing major upgrades until resolution.
Extract product improvement suggestions from problems to enhance competitiveness.
Assist field service team in site commissioning and prepare SOPs and guidance materials.
Conduct after-sales AC capability training, manage supplier communications, collect data, and produce outputs related to AC capacity building.
Lead the development of after-sales service tools to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
