Job summary

Reinhausen, a world market leader in energy technology, seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician to repair and maintain transformer components at customer sites across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

You will verify materials, review scope of work, and gather information to ensure successful execution, while frequently traveling to customer locations to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical trade qualification (Fitter/Mechanic/Electrician) and/or Certificate III.
• Good command of English; able to communicate with customers on-site.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on transformer components at customer sites across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
• Prepare service assignments by verifying materials and scope of work for successful execution.
• Assess and troubleshoot OLTC units and related assemblies.
• Create technical service reports and provide documentation to Technical Manager.
• Work closely with customers on site to ensure high-quality service.
