Job summary

Bullivants is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Toowoomba to join our team. You'll be out in the field, testing lifting equipment, performing maintenance and service repairs, and delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring safety.

You will travel to client sites (DIDO), collaborate with our support team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. We value hands-on problem solving, communication, and a solid approach to troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
• Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required
• Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
• Flexibility and availability to travel. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
