Job summary

Cleanest Solar QLD pty ltd is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Townsville team. This hands‑on role involves cleaning residential and commercial solar panels, bird‑proofing installations, gutter cleaning and general exterior maintenance, with work at heights and direct customer interaction.

You will work 24–38 hours per week, receive weekly pay and a vehicle allowance where applicable. Training and development are provided in a supportive environment, with opportunities to take on

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Field Service Technician - Solar Cleaning & Bird Proofing

This is a hands‑on, physically active position involving work at heights, outdoor work and direct interaction with customers. You will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial solar panels, installing solar panel bird‑proofing systems, performing gutter cleaning and general exterior maintenance, and maintaining equipment and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning residential and commercial solar panels
• Performing gutter cleaning and general exterior maintenance
• Setting up and safely operating ladders, harnesses and other equipment
• Identifying and reporting potential issues with solar installations
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Maintaining equipment, tools and a clean working environment
• Working independently and as part of a team

About you

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
