Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Field Service Technician to keep our Reverse Vending Machines and bulk processing systems operating across Sydney. This field-based role requires daily travel to customer sites, with equipment diagnostics, installation, and preventative maintenance at the core of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated, mechanical, electrical or industrial equipment.
• Good understanding of how software and hardware integrate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing on TOMRA's automated recycling equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, automation, sensor, and communication system issues.
• Install and commission Reverse Vending Machines and bulk processing systems at new customer sites.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve uptime and reliability.
• Complete service reports and document maintenance activities and fault resolutions.
