Job summary

Bullivants Mount Isa is seeking a Field Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and service lifting and rigging equipment onsite. You will engage with customers, perform testing and tagging, and support installations of height safety systems.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Mount Isa with travel to customer sites across the region. Training will be provided; a positive, reliable, and proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade support, warehousing, construction, or a technical environment is beneficial but not essential.
• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, physically active role and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Clear communication skills – verbal and written.

The Role

As a Field Service Technician (FST), you'll be the face of Bullivants, working directly with customers onsite to inspect, maintain, and service our products and equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a hands‑on technical role.

We're looking for a positive, customer‑focused team player who enjoys working outdoors, building relationships, and learning new skills.

Full training will be provided, so if you're proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
