Job summary

Ricoh Imaging Europe in Sydney, Australia seeks a permanent Field Service Technician to deliver onsite service calls focused on customer satisfaction and KPI achievement. You will discuss faults with customers, advise on solutions, and share learnings with the team during regular meetings.

You will also maintain strong customer relationships, accurately account for parts and consumables, and keep up to date with Ricoh products through PDP training.

Qualifications

• Field service experience delivering customer-focused service
• Ability to discuss faults and advise customers professionally
• Maintain knowledge of Ricoh products through PDP training
• Strong relationship building and ownership of issues

Responsibilities

• Perform field service calls that achieve customer satisfaction and national service KPIs
• Discuss problems and machine faults with customers in a professional manner
• Participate in knowledge sharing of faults and fixes during service meetings
• Improve and maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Accurately account for spare parts and consumables used
• Maintain advanced knowledge on Ricoh products through PDP
• Work with field staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget
• Comply with fault escalation procedures and notify the appropriate supervisor
