Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd in New South Wales is seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to perform on-site service calls, diagnose faults and impacts on customer operations, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction in line with national service KPIs.

You will collaborate with field colleagues to implement service strategies, manage parts and consumables, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ricoh products and PDP training to deliver reliable workflow enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service roles with customer-facing duties.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage parts and consumables and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service calls to meet customer satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Discuss problems and machine faults with customers professionally.
• Share knowledge on faults and fixes with team members.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Accurately account for spare parts and consumables used.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Ricoh products and PDP training.
• Collaborate with field staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
• Follow fault escalation procedures and notify appropriate supervisors.
