Telstra is seeking expressions of interest for Field Installer Repairer roles across Australia. As a Field Service Technician you will activate and assure telecom products in home or business settings, often without direct supervision, delivering great customer experiences.

You will join a diverse team, perform fault rectification, installations, and maintenance across fibre, copper, and emerging technologies, with relocation to targeted areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Open cabling license with relevant endorsements
• Current driver’s license required
• Industry white card is required
• Traffic management qualifications are desirable
• Willing to obtain Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Responsabilités

• Deliver fault rectification, service assurance and installations to meet customer needs.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot telecommunications infrastructure across fibre, copper and emerging network techs.
• Support fibre networks, core telecom platforms and data connectivity services.
• Install and maintain customer-premises technology solutions for residential and business customers.
• Diagnose and resolve service faults across fixed access networks, focusing on fibre/digital techs.
• Perform network commissioning, restoration and maintenance in urban, regional and remote environments.
