Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, maintenance and repair services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and systems on-site.
• Install and commission new equipment per specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and communicate progress.
• Maintain records of service reports, parts used and work orders.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations during service activities.
