Job summary

Schneider Electric in Sydney is seeking experienced Service Representatives to join our 24/7 Services team. You will perform hands-on field service across hospitals, utilities, and data centers, with a focus on Secure Power and Power Systems, delivering high-quality work.

You will work autonomously yet benefit from strong team support, ongoing training, and clear career pathways within Schneider Electric. A Grade Electrical License, valid driver's license, and previous field service experience

Qualifications

Unrestricted Electrical License (Grade) required.
Current Driver's License; a Tool of Trade vehicle provided.
Experience in field service or maintenance roles.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with teams.
Strong technical and digital mindset with interest in new technologies.
Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated commitment to HS&E and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of field service tasks across Sydney region and nearby locations.
Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate and execute complex installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and ad-hoc tasks.
Commissioning, site testing, firmware upgrades and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and specialist advice to customers.
Demonstrate HS&E compliance and follow internal processes.
Document service activities, maintenance reports, and inventory.
Identify new opportunities to expand service offerings based on customer needs.
