Job summary

NHP Electrical Engineering Products is seeking a Service Technician to join our Service Delivery Team in Australia. The role involves safe service, maintenance, fault finding, upgrades, commissioning and testing of power products to ensure client satisfaction.

You will provide technical support to customers, write professional reports and participate in ongoing training to stay current with technology. A valid A Grade licence and strong electrical background are essential, and

Qualifications

A Grade Licence and strong electrical background required.
Proven industrial or commercial onsite service experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
Safety conscious with site and workshop safety focus.
Willingness to travel regionally and interstate.
Flexible hours, weekend work and after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

Adhere to OH&S safety standards on site and maintain a clean workplace.
Perform service, maintenance, fault finding, upgrades, commissioning and testing of power products.
Provide technical solutions and support to customers and build relationships with stakeholders.
Produce timely, professional service reports for assessments and completed work.
Participate in ongoing training to service current products and new technology.
Promote NHP products and solutions to customers.
Complete administrative duties including fault reports and queries.
