KONE Doors Business is seeking a Field Service Technician (Electrician) in Sydney, NSW. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to callouts across KONE’s automatic doors, shutters and gates, delivering quality service in a dynamic, customer-focused role.

You will install and commission systems, adhere to safety and quality standards, and build lasting relationships with customers. A Certificate III in Electrotechnology and a valid driver’s licence are required, with strong safety

We’re looking for a mechanically minded Field Service Technician (Electrician) to join our high-performing Doors team in Sydney, NSW. Whether you have direct doors experience or come from a related hands-on background, we would love to hear from you.

No two days are the same as you manage the equipment and servicing of KONE’s automatic doors, roller shutters and gates across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.

What will you be doing?

• Carry out preventative maintenance on automatic doors, roller shutters and gates.
• Attend callouts and breakdowns.
• Carry out installation and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with KONE policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the local region, delivering high-quality service and support.
