Job summary

Technogym Australia in Queensland is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair and maintain fitness equipment at customer sites across Brisbane and regional QLD. The role requires mechanical and electronic engineering skills, hands-on repair experience, and the ability to work autonomously while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Mechanical & electronic engineering skills and IT networking knowledge.
• Hands-on repair experience in electro-mechanical roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting productivity targets.
• Excellent driving history with a current Driver's Licence and right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out installations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, performing tests and implementing solutions.
• Educating customers on the technical use and care of Technogym equipment.
• Managing work orders and service reports.
• Communicating effectively with customers and resolving issues as they arise.

You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by

Carrying outinstallations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs

Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions

Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment

Properly managing work orders andservice reports

Communicating effectively with customers and escape problems when necessary

About You

Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking

Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline

Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills

Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets

Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License
