Job summary

Technogym invites applications for a Field Service & Installation Technician - QLD (Brisbane). You will maintain, repair and install fitness equipment on customer sites across Brisbane and regional QLD, delivering top-quality service and the best fitness experience.

Ideal candidates will have mechanical and electronic engineering skills, hands-on electro-mechanical repair experience, and a current driver's license.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electronic engineering skills.
• Experience with electro-mechanical repair.
• Current Driver's License and safe driving history.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out installations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, performing tests and finding solutions.
• Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment.
• Managing work orders and service reports.
• Communicating effectively with customers and escalating problems when necessary.
• Ensuring the equipment is safe to use.

As a Field Service & Installation Technician, you’ll maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment at customer sites across Brisbane and occasionally regional QLD/NT and interstate across Australia. Your mission: deliver top-quality service and ensure the best fitness experience for our clients.

Your Impact

You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by

• Carrying outInstallations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
• Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
• Properly managing work orders andservice reports
• Communicating effectively with customers and elevate problems when necessary
• Ensure the equipment is safe to use

About You

• Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
• Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline
• Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets
• Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License
• Right to work in Australia
