Job summary

Technogym is seeking a Field Service & Installation Technician to service fitness equipment across the Gold Coast region. You will install, maintain and repair equipment at customer sites, ensuring a high standard of service and safety.

Applicants should have mechanical/electronic engineering skills, hands-on electro-mechanical repair experience, and a valid driver's license. The role requires autonomous work and a client‑facing mindset, with travel across Queensland and occasional

• Hands-on repair experience in electro-mechanical discipline.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and service fitness equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot faults, run tests and implement solutions.
• Educate customers on proper use and care of equipment.
• Manage work orders and service reports efficiently.
• Escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Field Service & Installation Technician, you’ll maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment at customer sites across Gold Coast and occasionally regional QLD/NT and interstate across Australia. Your mission: deliver top-quality service and ensure the best fitness experience for our clients.

Your Impact

You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by

• Carrying out Installations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
• Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
• Properly managing work orders and service reports
• Communicating effectively with customers and escalating problems when necessary
• Ensure the equipment is safe to use

About You

• Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
• Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets
• Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License
• Right to work in Australia
