Job summary

Carwash World is seeking an experienced On-Road Field Service Technician in Dural, NSW. You will install, service and fault-diagnose car wash equipment, with home-based dispatch and regular travel across NSW, plus occasional interstate work.

Qualifications

• Able to travel regularly across NSW and occasionally interstate.
• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
• Keen attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Physically capable of working in varied environments.
• Strong working knowledge of digital systems and reporting tools.
• Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission car wash equipment and hardware.
• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Use a methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving.
• Detailed and accurate reporting and communication.
• Participate in rotating on-call roster (weekends and public holidays).
