Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a field service technician or equivalent.
• Strong technical skills to troubleshoot and repair commercial equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
• Effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance visits to customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair a variety of washing equipment (dishwashers, glasswashers, medical bed pan washers, industrial crate washers, bin washers, etc.).
• Install new equipment and train customers on proper use and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of all service work and report on equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
