Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Technician to join our Sydney team. This hands-on, full-time role involves traveling to diverse client sites to service washroom hygiene products and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

You will work independently and with teams, building strong client relationships and using mobile tech for reporting. A current Australian driver’s licence and working rights are required, with paid training provided.

About You:

• Great at building and maintaining relationships (internal & external)
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
• Proactive in managing on-site client issues and escalating when necessary
• Experience in cleaning or a related industry
• Sharp eye for hygiene/service issues and ready to recommend fixes

Requirements:

• Full Australian driver's licence (Green P-plates are welcome to apply!)
• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products across various client sites
• Work independently to meet service targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies
• Proficient in using mobile technology for documentation and reporting
• Current Working With Children Check
