Job summary

Adaptalift Southwest in Bunbury, WA is seeking a Field Service Technician to service a range of equipment, carry out breakdown repairs, and perform scheduled maintenance.

You will use the latest tools, backed by our national coordination team and dedicated supervisors, providing exceptional customer service while on the road across the Bunbury region.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Trade Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with fixed/mobile plant, ag machinery or automotive equipment.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level service, perform breakdown repairs, fault finding and servicing.
• Use latest tools with support from coordination team and supervisors.
• Travel across Bunbury region; approx. 90% on the road.

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team based in Bunbury, WA. Could it be you?

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• You will deliver a high level of service to our customers, carrying out breakdown repairs, fault finding and servicing across a range of equipment.
• You will be provided with the latest tools and technology to efficiently manage your day, along with the support of our national coordination team and dedicated supervisors.
• No two days will be the same as you travel from customer to customer throughout the Bunbury region. We anticipate you will be on the road approximately 90% of the time.

Here’s what it takes

• Mechanical Trade Certificate – all mechanical trades considered
• Experience working with fixed or mobile plant equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive or similar equipment
• Current driver’s licence
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, as well as referee checks
