Job summary

Stone Recruitment is seeking Field Service Technicians in Brisbane to service and repair medical and care equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds and lifters. These are hands-on roles suitable for people with mechanical, electrical, maintenance, field service, automotive or similar technical backgrounds.

You will work across Brisbane and surrounding areas, visiting homes and facilities for reactive breakdowns as well as scheduled preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, maintenance, field service, automotive or similar technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair medical and care equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds and lifters across Brisbane.
• Reactive breakdowns at customer homes and facilities, plus scheduled preventative maintenance across aged care settings.

Job description

We’re looking for Field Service Technicians in Brisbane.

These are hands‑on roles within the medical and healthcare industry, servicing and repairing equipment such as wheelchairs, mobility equipment, hospital beds, lifters and other care equipment.

You don’t need healthcare experience. We are keen to speak with people from mechanical, electrical, maintenance, field service, automotive, technical or similar hands‑on backgrounds.

There are two opportunities available — one focused on reactive breakdowns and customer homes, and another focused on scheduled preventative maintenance across aged care facilities.

Location: Brisbane — field‑based across Brisbane and surrounding areas

Hours: Monday–Friday

Company vehicle, tools and training provided

Salary: $70–80k + super depending on experience
