Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customers across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. The role involves at-site maintenance, repairs and modifications in line with customer requirements and company procedures.

You will conduct mechanical repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate job records, while delivering high standards of customer service and safety compliance.

About The Role

TMHA is looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-driven Field Service Technician to cover the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance services including planned maintenance, repairs and modifications at the Customer’s site and in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and within the Company’s guidelines and procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and any other administrative components.

Qualifications, Requirements & Skills

• Current Driver's licence.
• Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
• Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry.

• Previous experience in a similar role in an associated industry.
