Medtronic in Perth, Western Australia, seeks a Field Service Engineer to service Cardiac Ablation Solutions Affera systems and Surgical Robotics technologies across WA/SA. You will perform preventive maintenance, installations, and on-site troubleshooting for hospital environments.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will travel ~30% to customer sites, document maintenance activities, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and customer care teams to ensure equipment reliability and

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex medical devices (electronic, mechanical, software) per manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and quality system records.
• Travel to customer sites and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and corrective repairs on Affera systems and Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Install, commission, validate, and decommission capital medical equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site technical support to clinicians and hospital staff; minimise downtime.
