Frontline Human Resources is seeking a reliable Field Service Assistant in Victoria to support a busy field service team. The role involves storage installations, optimisation, and administrative duties across restaurant locations throughout Victoria.

You will travel with a Field Service Consultant to sites, assist with installations, maintain records and provide admin support to ensure field operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe setup, adjustment and maintenance of storage solutions.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards or operational concerns.
• Travel with the Field Service Consultant to restaurant locations across Victoria.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Enter, update and maintain information across SharePoint, Monday.com and Salesforce.
• Assist with basic reporting, documentation and communication updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to the Field Service and Customer Relations teams.

Pay Rate: $34.40 per hour

Hours: Initially 3 days per week, increasing to 4 days per week during November and December, subject to business requirements

Start Time: Flexible 6:00 am or 7:00 am start

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and organised Field Service Assistant to support a busy field service team with storage installations, storage optimisation and administrative duties across restaurant locations throughout Victoria.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their working day, combining practical, physical work with computer-based administration.

Working alongside a Field Service Consultant, you will assist with storage installations and improvements at restaurant sites, help maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support to ensure field activities run smoothly.

The role will initially offer approximately 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 4 days per week during November and December, depending on installation schedules and business requirements.

You will be based out of the Dandenong South Distribution Centre, with all travel to restaurant locations undertaken alongside a Field Service Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Field Support

• Assist with storage installations, builds and storage optimisation projects.
• Help prepare sites before installations and complete pack-up activities afterwards.

• Location: Commence and finish each day at the Dandenong South Distribution Centre.
• Travel: Transport to and from restaurant sites will be provided by the Field Service Consultant.
