Frontline Human Resources is seeking a reliable Field Service Assistant to support a busy field service team across restaurant locations in Victoria. You will help with storage installations, storage optimisation and administrative duties, based at the Dandenong South Distribution Centre and travelling with a Field Service Consultant.

This casual role starts with 3 days per week, increasing to 4 days in November and December.

Responsabilidades

• Field Support: Assist with storage installations, builds and storage optimisation projects.
• Administrative Support: Enter, update and maintain information across SharePoint, Monday.com and Salesforce.
• Safety and compliance: Identify and report potential safety hazards or operational concerns.
• Travel with the Field Service Consultant to restaurant locations across Victoria.
• Support with site preparation and post-install pack-up activities.

Pay Rate: $34.40 per hour

Hours: Initially 3 days per week, increasing to 4 days per week during November and December, subject to business requirements

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and organised Field Service Assistant to support a busy field service team with storage installations, storage optimisation and administrative duties across restaurant locations throughout Victoria.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their working day, combining practical, physical work with computer-based administration.

Working alongside a Field Service Consultant, you will assist with storage installations and improvements at restaurant sites, help maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support to ensure field activities run smoothly.

The role will initially offer approximately 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 4 days per week during November and December, depending on installation schedules and business requirements.

You will be based out of the Dandenong South Distribution Centre, with all travel to restaurant locations undertaken alongside a Field Service Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Field Support

• Assist with storage installations, builds and storage optimisation projects.
• Help prepare sites before installations and complete pack-up activities afterwards.
• Assist with the safe setup, adjustment and maintenance of storage solutions.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards or operational concerns.
• Travel with the Field Service Consultant to restaurant locations across Victoria.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Administrative Support

• Enter, update and maintain information across SharePoint, Monday.com and Salesforce.
• Assist with basic reporting, documentation and communication updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to the Field Service and Customer Relations teams.

Working Hours and Pay

• Pay rate: $34.40 per hour.
• Start time: Flexible 6:00 am or 7:00 am start.
• Days: Initially 3 days per week, with the potential to increase to 4 days per week during November and December.
• Location: Commence and finish each day at the Dandenong South Distribution Centre.
• Travel: Transport to and from restaurant sites will be provided by the Field Service Consultant.
