Job summary

Milwaukee Tools is seeking a Sales Representative to grow market share in the ACT, Riverina and Far South Coast NSW. This highly field-based, consultative role focuses on on-site demonstrations, educating end users and building key customer relationships.

You will convert brand users from competitors, manage your territory, and report performance and opportunities to management. Hybrid working model available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, field sales or end-user sales.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisation, time management and problem solving.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• A proactive, competitive mindset with drive to achieve results.
• Passion for learning and continuous development.
• Willingness to travel overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Grow Milwaukee's market share across the plumbing category in ACT, Riverina and Far South Coast NSW.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and expert technical guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Acquire new customers and convert competitors' users.
• Identify opportunities and execute strategies to grow market share.
• Plan territory efficiently and maximise productivity.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records for planning and reporting.
• Provide updates on performance and opportunities to management.
• Collaborate with distributors to maximise value for Milwaukee and partners.
• Represent the Milwaukee brand at industry events and trade days.
