Cappro Pacific is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive mobile machinery equipment sales across NSW, ACT and Queensland. You will identify opportunities, visit sites and build long-term customer relationships with councils, civil contractors and industry players.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, territory sales or equipment sales.
• Ability to build relationships with customers across multiple sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow equipment sales across NSW, ACT and Queensland.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Build networks with decision-makers in waste, recycling, quarrying, civil and government sectors.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and site inspections.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
