CEVA Logistics is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Banksmeadow NSW to drive growth in our Air & Ocean freight forwarding solutions. You will target new business, promote end-to-end logistics, and lead negotiations with clients to deliver tailored, commercially sound solutions.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal and QHSE teams, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and delivering customer-focused outcomes to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven success in B2B sales with a strong understanding of Air and/or Ocean freight forwarding solutions.
• Sound knowledge of supply chain management, including warehousing and domestic transport.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target, and close new business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.
• Proactively promote CEVA’s Air & Ocean products and end-to-end logistics services to prospective customers.
• Prepare tailored proposals and lead negotiations in line with company procedures.
• Develop pricing and service strategies to deliver competitive and innovative customer solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and reporting through CEVA’s CRM system (C-View).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and QHSE teams to ensure commercially sound and operationally sustainable solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
