Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia seeks an experienced OT cyber security lead for all CPP project deliveries. You will establish governance, drive secure-by-design practices, and integrate OT security across tendering, design, procurement, construction and handover.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal, procurement and project teams, aligning with IEC 62443 standards and AESCSF requirements while advising executives on risk posture and remediation strategies.

Qualifications

• Deep OT cyber security knowledge for critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience applying IEC 62443 and AESCSF guidance.
• Certification in OT/cyber security is highly regarded (GICSP, CISSP, CISM).

Responsibilities

• Act as CPP's OT cyber security lead across project delivery.
• Establish OT cyber security governance, standards and processes.
• Lead OT risk assessments, documentation, and vendor evaluations.
• Translate customer requirements into practical deliverables.
• Develop OT security architectures including network design and zoning.
• Review testing to verify controls are implemented and compliant.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support patch/change control.
• Provide guidance to executives and project teams on risks and requirements.
• Monitor threats and regulatory developments affecting CPP projects.
