TasNetworks is seeking a Work Group Coordinator based at the Devonport Depot to lead and coordinate field crews across the distribution network. You will plan work, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while managing budgets in a dynamic environment.

The role requires Tasmanian Electrical Practitioner’s Licence and strong technical knowledge, with responsibilities spanning leadership, stakeholder communication, and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Tasmanian Electrical Practitioner's Licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of distribution network operations.
• Proven leadership and field coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Coordinate in-field activities to support stakeholders and project delivery.
• Plan and scope works including labour, equipment, materials and contractor resources.
• Organise and coordinate network outages to minimize customer impact and ensure safety.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to field crews.
