Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence from replenishment and ticketing to display builds and compliance audits.

Territory includes COOGEE and surrounds with an average 8 hours per week; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday availability is essential, with flexibility for Monday/Thursday highly regarded. Driver’s license and car required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a casual/ongoing role.
• Comfort with manual tasks and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel
• Build and maintain quality displays in store
• Negotiate promotional space
• Execute planograms
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG positively and professionally
• Safely perform physical requirements of the role
