Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Camperdown, with a focus on replenishment, ticketing, displays and new product launches. You will build retailer relationships and ensure in-store accuracy and compliance.

The role offers a 15-hour weekly average, with rostered scheduling and an essential driver’s license plus vehicle. You’ll work locally and represent BIG across client brands with professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
• Comfort with physical aspects of merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms and stock replenishment.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone.
• Represent BIG and client brands professionally.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting.
