Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to cover Bundaberg and surrounds. You will manage an allocated territory, build relationships with store personnel, and ensure displays, planograms and promotions are executed to standard.

The role is an ongoing casual engagement with an average of 15 hours per week. A current Australian driver’s license and vehicle are essential, with upfront roster planning and local work commitments.

Qualifications

• Driver license and car
• Supermarket/retail/pharmacy/liquor experience desirable
• Strong, friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive requirements of the role

Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
