Nestlé Australia is seeking a Merchandiser to represent our brands in-store across the NSW Lithgow and Katoomba area. This casual role runs Wednesday to Friday, 12-18 hours per week, with potential for extra hours during peak times.

You must hold an unrestricted driver’s licence and have access to your own vehicle, as travel is a big part of this role. You’ll work with Store Managers to drive standout in-store execution and build displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Hit the road and represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Bring brands to life by building displays, securing space and driving in-store execution.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with the opportunity for extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of your day, backed by support from your Territory Sales Manager.
