Qualifications

• Trade qualification and hands-on experience as a Maintenance Fitter (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical fault-finding.
• Ability to work independently in the field and make sound decisions under pressure.
• A growth mindset you see challenges as part of the job, not a reason to stop.
• Personal accountability and high standards you don't cut corners.
• Valid driver's licence (essential).

Responsabilités

• Installing and servicing mechanical workshop equipment to Australian industry standards.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
• Liaising with clients on-site you'll often be the face of TWSA.
• Collaborating with a tight-knit team to meet client deadlines.
• Picking up new technologies and systems as we expand our service offering.
