JR Richards & Sons is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to support and coordinate waste and resource recovery operations across NSW as part of our Integrated Service Management team based in Rutherford.

The role involves working with mining sites, industrial clients, local councils and contractors, ensuring service excellence, compliance and continuous improvement, with extensive travel across NSW and a competitive salary package including a company vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in waste management, mining services, transport, logistics, operations or a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout NSW.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support waste management operations across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct site inspections and compliance audits.
• Prepare quotations and identify additional service opportunities.
• Support project planning and implementation.
• Monitor operational performance and contractual requirements.
• Promote safe work practices and environmental compliance.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel, contractors and management teams.
• Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
