Job summary

Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA) in Orchard Hills, Sydney, is seeking a qualified OTR Tyre Fitter for a permanent, Mon-Fri role. Earn $120k–$160k+ super annually with regular overtime and great leave benefits, or join as a trainee at $38/hr with overtime while progressing to a qualified fitter in about 12 months.

• HR licence current or able to obtain.
• High Risk Forklift ticket or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot tyre, wheel and rim damage and wear.
• Deliver service in accordance with industry best practice.
• Support Supervisor to provide quality service to customers.
• Ensure all work documentation is accurate and signed off.
• Comply with BMSA and customer site policies and procedures.

We are seeking a qualified Off The Road (OTR) Tyre Fitter for a permanent position in Orchard Hills, Sydney.

This is not FIFO, it is Mon-Fri based at our Sydney Branch in Orchard Hills. Reconnect with family and friends, enjoy every weekend again, celebrate family occasions in person?

Annual remuneration for qualified OTR Tyre Fitter due to regular overtime: $120K - $160K + super or more!

We will also consider a Trainee OTR Tyre Fitter - learn while you earn ($38/hr plus overtime), progress to qualified OTR Tyre Fitter in approx 12 months (fast tracked if you have light or heavy vehicle tyre fitting experience/qualifications).

The Role

• Comply with BMSA and customer site policies and procedures

About You - Essential

• Qualified OTR Tyre Fitter

• Current HR licence (or able to obtain)

• High Risk Forklift ticket (or able to obtain)

• Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others

• Able to work unsupervised and in a team

• Current work rights in Australia

About You - Preferred

• Grab truck experience

• Exposure to the mining industry, port operations, heavy industry
