Job summary

Zelora is building a transformative solar and battery delivery operation in Australia. As a Field Delivery Coordinator, you will oversee the customer journey from sales handover through to installation, completion and closeout, coordinating customers, installers and internal teams to ensure safety, compliance and on-time delivery.

Reporting to the National Field Delivery Manager, you will manage scheduling, communications, logistics and documentation, aiming to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume residential solar, battery, construction, electrical or field service projects from sales handover through to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously across customers, installers, materials and schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management across customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience handling compliance, rebate applications and work-order documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site assessments, installations and commissioning.
• Manage customer communication, scheduling and delivery milestones.
• Liaise with installers, contractors and suppliers to meet high standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and manage risks and delays.
• Prepare network applications, rebate claims and STC documentation.
• Maintain project records and verify completion with compliance.
