Job summary

Bullivants Pty Ltd is seeking a permanent, full-time Business Development Manager based in Emerald, Queensland. You will travel across your territory to meet clients and work with the internal Sales Teams to deliver tailored heavy lifting and rigging solutions.

You will grow the customer base, build a strong pipeline, and be on the ground with customers to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships while representing a long-established lifting equipment leader.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BDM or sales role within a related industry.
• Willingness to work face-to-face with customers and travel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow market presence by identifying opportunities and converting leads.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, acting as trusted advisor for heavy lifting and rigging.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Support Marketing/Category teams with campaigns for brand visibility.
• Deliver customised rigging equipment to meet customer needs.
